Shipping & Delivery
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After final quality check, products are packed and handed over to our delivery partner Blue Dart.
Delivery partner will attempt delivery. If they fail to reach you, they will contact you directly.
Delivery guarantee depends on the courier company. Incorrect name/address may result in non-delivery.

1. What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered in 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Are there any shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges may apply based on volumetric weight.

Easy return available within 1–3 business days of delivery.
Return is accepted only if there's a mismatch in color, size, or damage.
Returns not accepted if customer simply doesn't like the product or wants to change it.
Checklist to return the product
Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.
Refund/replacement is subject to inspection.
Process completes within 72 working hours after product reaches us.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to limited stock, price errors, or fraud detection.
If customer cancels before status changes to "Processing" (24–48 hrs), full refund will be issued in 10–15 working days to the original payment mode.
No refund if customer cancels after processing begins.
Delivery receipt signature confirms order received in good condition. No post-delivery complaints accepted.
Delivery will be attempted 3 times. Failure will result in return and re-shipping charges will apply. No refund in such cases.
