Cancellation & Refund Policy
Certain orders may be canceled by SollyWood due to reasons like:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccurate product or pricing information
- Issues identified by credit/fraud detection systems
If a customer places an order and payment is made, but the product cannot be delivered or the customer cancels the order before it is marked "Processing" (usually within 24–48 working hours), a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
If the order is canceled by the customer **after** it has entered the processing stage, no refund will be issued.
Once the delivery receipt is signed by the recipient, it confirms the order was received in proper condition. No refund or replacement will be considered for any complaints raised after signing.
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts, the courier will try to deliver the package up to **three times**. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned and all re-shipment/handling costs will be borne by the customer.
In such return cases, the voucher value or order amount will not be refunded.
